STAGE 02 / 06

Staff Workshops

Assessment ends with a defensible diagnosis, and Strategy and Planning turns it into a roadmap. Between them sits Staff Workshops. This is where sponsor intent meets operating reality, and surviving initiatives are refined or quietly retired. Executive sponsors and operating teams share one room before committing to a plan in writing. Constraints that a polished strategy would miss, such as data pipelines without measurement in place, weekend on-call rotations, and release approvals, are surfaced in person. The stage closes with commitments with named owners that feed directly into the roadmap.

How it runs

  1. What this stage establishes

One room where the sponsor defines the target outcome, and operating teams price it against real execution constraints. This alignment happens before either side commits to a plan in writing.

  2. How it runs

As a working session, not a briefing. The Stage 01 diagnosis is stress-tested against live constraints in the room, proving which ROI cases hold up. Both sides leave with a shared vocabulary, carried forward by the On-Site AI Architect.

  3. What it sets aside

Strategies that never met an operator. Goals unmoored from real handoffs, approvals, and rotations are set aside in the room rather than discovered later at build time.

Served verticals

As Stage 02 of the delivery, Staff Workshops runs across our three served verticals: Legal, Finance, and Technology. It connects leadership goals with day-to-day operations and uncovers constraints that high-level planning overlooks. The alignment built in these sessions reflects the regulatory and data reality of each industry.
