Where programs die
Watch any AI program run by a regulated organization and you will see the same failure: the deck gets made, the advisory ends, and the advice walks out of the building - while the data never could.
We exist so that organizations whose data cannot leave the company never have to choose between the value of AI and the custody of their data. That choice is false - our firm exists to prove it.
Watch any AI program run by a regulated organization and you will see the same failure: the deck gets made, the advisory ends, and the advice walks out of the building - while the data never could.
The conviction the firm was built on: no organization should write a procurement check for hardware it has never seen run its own workloads. Validation belongs before capital - on real hardware, against real workloads, in the room with your people, while the design can still change.
So the firm was built around one coherent method rather than a menu of services: six ordered stages, our own GPU lab, our own agent platform, and an On-Site AI Architect at your facility. Everything this method needs, the firm owns - nothing depends on third-party hardware or a rented cloud.
Nothing advances without working software.
Claims are cheap at the stage gate. Every phase ends with a working deliverable - a model on the bench, a measured baseline, a deployed flow - and only that evidence opens the next phase.
Your data does not leave. Full stop.
Not to a cloud tenant, not to a shared model, not for convenience. The systems we build run entirely inside your network, and we hold that line even when it costs us speed.
We work in your room.
Delivery is carried by an embedded On-Site AI Architect - in the room with your teams, on your constraints and your real infrastructure, there when the baseline is taken and still there when the live system is measured.
Go-live is where accountability starts.
Delivery does not end at go-live; that is where our accountability begins. Systems we ship are held to live metrics, and improvements compound after the handover - the record is the numbers, not the kickoff deck.
Software architect and consultant in IT strategy and security - he holds a PhD in the practical applications of neural networks, with articles published in IEEE and Springer. He has built platforms for VOD, distributed compute, and networking, and led the architecture team at Spain's largest social network. He founded Private Vector AI on one conviction: the value of AI and the custody of data must not be a trade.
His extensive experience in building mission-critical infrastructure and AI platforms comes from startups and bigtech. At Apple he led the AIML team behind the core Siri runtime engine, and at Amazon he extended Alexa's capabilities and its software development tools. In Google's SRE organization he maintained reliability and performance across millions of servers.
Product builder, architect, and entrepreneur with expertise in technology consulting, he works on AI-native software and, increasingly, on robotics and autonomous systems operating in the physical world. He is the founder and CEO of DailyBot, a Y Combinator-backed company. He also invests in and partners with early-stage teams across AI, robotics, autonomy, and mobility.
A senior technology leader, he works across IT services strategy, business transformation, and the co-creation of products, services, and value. He has delivered application services and key initiatives in more than 20 countries.
