STAGE 05 / 06

Process Transformation

A model is only one component of an end-to-end workflow that includes manual handoffs, queues, review gates, and exception paths. Today's workflow was designed around those handoffs long before AI models existed. A right-sized model placed on the wrong process fails the validation gate. This stage rebuilds the workflow so the model sits where it delivers returns, running alongside Building and Validation. Returns are measured rather than asserted: end-to-end cycle time, avoided cost against prior baseline units, and transaction adoption.

How it runs

  1. What this stage establishes

A rebuilt process with the model placed where it generates returns. Surrounding handoffs are re-engineered rather than preserved by inertia, and cycle time is measured across the complete workflow.

  2. How it runs

Alongside the build, not after it. The On-Site AI Architect develops the routing layer alongside the teams managing the queues. Adoption is measured as the share of live transactions directed through the system.

  3. What it sets aside

Inference latency as the headline number. Improvement claims covering only the automated step are kept out of scope. The true measure is the full end-to-end cycle.

Served verticals

Process Transformation rebuilds operational workflows across our three served verticals: Legal, Finance, and Technology. Each re-engineered process integrates directly into the vertical's regulatory, document, and data environment rather than remaining a theoretical design.
