STAGE 04 / 06
Building and Validation
Building and Validation executes the first gated phase by building the first working version on the real in-network infrastructure it will run on in production. It does not use a sandbox, a rented cloud account, or a slide deck. The build unites three capabilities at once: right-sized infrastructure inside your network, a model built for your specific data and problem, and a rebuilt surrounding workflow. Validation then runs against production conditions across performance, data, and control. Leadership sees the outcome, and procurement buys exactly what the prototype proved necessary.
How it runs
-
What this stage establishes
Evidence that prices the procurement decision. A validated prototype establishes the exact hardware footprint, cost, and behavior under load. These artifacts justify the purchase order and set its ceiling.
-
How it runs
In our GPU lab first, then deployed to your own hardware. The On-Site AI Architect carries the build into the room where it will run. Latency, throughput, and memory are measured under your actual load, never a generic benchmark.
-
What it sets aside
Sizing by optimism. What fails validation is set aside before consuming capital. Procurement buys nothing more than what the validated prototype proved necessary.

Served verticals
Building and Validation executes the build across our three served verticals: Legal, Finance, and Technology, combining On-premises AI infrastructure and Custom AI development. It serves as our validation environment, delivering a verified prototype and right-sized infrastructure under real performance, data, and control constraints before major capital commits.
