STAGE 06 / 06

Measure and Improve

Measure and Improve closes the delivery against the same evidence that justified the build. Four core metrics are tracked on a cadence leadership can act on: accuracy against ground truth, end-to-end cycle time, avoided cost, and adoption. Each metric is defined against the Assessment baseline established before the first line of code was written. Accuracy is managed by exception: when it holds, operations continue; when it drifts, the variance is diagnosed and tuned in-cycle. We quote no unverifiable monetary figures and present no projected uplifts. The methodology specifies the metric and its exact measurement method.

How it runs

  1. What this stage establishes

Accountability that starts at go-live. The live system is audited against the four dimensions that conditioned the build. It provides audit-ready answers on whether it beats the baseline, by how much, and where drift occurred.

  2. How it runs

On a fixed report cadence, tuned in-cycle by the On-Site AI Architect. Accuracy is measured against the production workload used during prototype validation: real document set, real query patterns, and real exception paths.

  3. What it sets aside

Subjective opinions on whether the system is useful. Self-reported claims without data are kept out of scope. The true record is performance numbers measured against the baseline.

Served verticals

As the delivery's closing stage, Measure and Improve operates across our three served verticals: Legal, Finance, and Technology. Every reported metric, optimization step, and expansion plan is grounded in the vertical's regulatory, data, and user adoption reality rather than a generic dashboard.
