STAGE 03 / 06

Strategy and Planning

Strategy and Planning turns the diagnosis and workshop alignment into a sequenced roadmap. It answers what gets built, in what order, and against which capability gaps. Prerequisites are resolved before the initiatives that depend on them. Every phase is a fixed-scope commitment that produces a measurable artifact and a Go/No-Go decision based on expected return. Capital commits in proportion to proven return. Phases whose gates are not met are retired, not absorbed into a later quarter.

How it runs

  1. What this stage establishes

A single roadmap where the path from first commit to measurable ROI is visible at every phase boundary. It defines what each phase costs, which gate it carries, and what return is required before the next gate opens.

  2. How it runs

Built against the capability gaps documented during Assessment, not a wishlist. Regulatory controls and data lineages are sequenced ahead of dependent bets, and each enabling phase carries its own gate.

  3. What it sets aside

Open-ended commitment. A phase is never a workstream that runs until it feels finished. Commitment proceeds phase by phase, never as a blank check.

Served verticals

Strategy and Planning sequences the delivery across our three served verticals: Legal, Finance, and Technology. Every phased roadmap and decision gate is structured around each vertical's regulatory, data, and technical reality rather than a generic playbook.
